What happens when I miss a call?
BuzzBrain Reception answers it for you, in your business name, with a natural Australian voice. It finds out who's calling, where they are, what they need and how urgent it is, then sends you a clear summary so you can call back ready to help.
Can I keep my existing business number?
Usually, yes. Most businesses forward unanswered calls, or all calls, from their existing number to BuzzBrain Reception. We check your setup with you before anything goes live.
Can BuzzBrain Reception handle different types of callers?
Yes. You set rules for particular people and numbers. Family, staff or regular customers can be put straight through or handled your way, sales calls can be screened, and urgent jobs can be flagged straight away.
Does it answer after hours?
Yes. BuzzBrain Reception can answer outside your working hours and handle those calls differently, for example taking the details and letting the caller know when you'll be back in touch.
How do I receive the details?
