How it's worked out
Calls a day × minutes lost per call = minutes a day.
Minutes a day × working days = minutes a week.
Minutes a week × 4.345 = minutes a month, shown in hours.
- Minutes lost per call should include getting back into the job, not just the call.
- 4.345 is the average number of weeks in a month.
- It counts time, not money. Multiply the hours by your hourly rate to see the cost.

How do I turn the hours into dollars?
Multiply the monthly hours by what an hour of your time is worth, for example your hourly charge-out rate.
