How it's worked out
Missed calls a week × 4.345 weeks in a month × share that become jobs × average job value = possible work each month.
Monthly figure × 12 = possible work each year.
- 4.345 is the average number of weeks in a month (52.14 ÷ 12).
- The share that become jobs is your own estimate of how many of those callers would have gone ahead.
- It doesn't include repeat work or referrals, so it can understate the real value.
